1. Are your cartridges compatible with my printer?
Yes. Each product page includes a list of compatible printer models. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us with your printer’s model number.
2. What is the difference between ink and toner?
Ink is used in inkjet printers and comes in liquid form, while toner is used in laser printers and comes as a fine powder.
3. What does OEM, compatible, and remanufactured mean?
- OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer): Made by the printer brand.
- Compatible: New cartridges made by third-party manufacturers.
- Remanufactured: Recycled OEM cartridges that are cleaned, refilled, and tested.
4. Will using compatible or remanufactured cartridges void my printer warranty?
No. By law (in many countries), using third-party cartridges does not void your printer’s warranty. Our products are tested for quality and performance.
5. How long do ink or toner cartridges last?
Shelf life varies:
- Ink cartridges: Usually 18–24 months sealed, 3–6 months after opening.
- Toner cartridges: 24–36 months if stored properly.
Always store in a cool, dry place.
6. Why is my printer not recognizing the cartridge?
Try the following:
- Remove and reinstall the cartridge.
- Make sure the protective tape is fully removed.
- Power cycle your printer.
If the issue persists, contact our support team.
7. Do you offer refill ink? How do I use it?
Yes, we sell refill ink kits for select printers. Instructions are included, and tutorial videos are available on our YouTube channel.
8. How can I check my ink or toner levels?
Most printers show ink/toner levels on their display screen or via printer software on your computer. Refer to your printer manual for details.
9. What should I do with empty cartridges?
Please recycle! Many office supply stores accept used cartridges. We also offer a return program—check our service number for details.
10. Do you ship internationally?
